Loved the food, and I loved that there were multiple vegetarian options available. I ordered a burrito bowl with tofu and my husband got a burrito. As a first time visitor to the restaurant, my only suggestion to the staff would be to go through all the steps proactively (i.e. asking if I want sauce on my burrito bowl - they skipped this and I had to ask for it later), and to also point out things (I didn't receive salsa with my chips and had to ask about it, turns out there is a separate self-serve salsa station. Perhaps they are used to serving customers who are familiar with the chain, but since I had never been before that would have brought service levels up to a 5 star.
I LOVE HOT HARRY’S. Delicious tacos, quesadillas, tortilla chips. Fast and friendly service too, definitely a much better option than chipotle.

We went to this place every week for a month. Food was great each time. Especially like the adobo chicken and the thigh chicken in a warm quesadilla. It's great that you can add the ingredients you want which is Handy if you can't tolerate something like onions. This is a great alternative to Chipotle. Friendly helpful people who are able to steer me towards foods that didn't have onions.
Chicken Bacon Ranch Griller was really good. First time trying & it did not disappoint. Spicy & very filling.

We got delivery from here the other night and loved it so much we ordered again tonight! Delicious flavor, fresh ingredients, incredible pork, crunch wraps, poutine burrito (!!!) warm homemade chips…We are hooked. My west coast in-laws approve! We are so glad to have an authentic spot for burritos in the Berkshires. YUM!
The service here is unmatched. The staff is friendly, patient, quick with orders even during the rush. The food is incredible. Everytime I visit I always stop in for a bite to eat, or something to bring home.
